The Planning Legislation Update Service is now a monthly electronic service, which provides bang up-to-date information on current and proposed circulars, statutory instruments, planning policy statements, minerals policy statements, bills, good practice guides, government announcements, latest consultations, white papers etc. It is produced in association with Anglia Ruskin University.
The Essex Guide to Environmental Impact Assessment, produced for the Essex Planning Officers' Association provides everything you need to know about EIA. According to the Royal Town Planning Institute it is currently the only comprehensive up-to-date guide to EIA in the UK.
It will be useful to local authorities, planning consultants, developers, environmental consultees, non-governmental organisations, students, researchers and members of the public.
Other areas of work include, development control, strategic environmental assessment, sustainability appraisal, coastal and rural matters and lecturing.
