Established in 1988, we are a progressive and expanding planning consultancy based on a wealth of professional experience in Local Government and Private Practice. We will guide you through the complex planning process offering the following services:

  • Planning Application Submission: We fully discuss your proposal on site, carrying out a site appraisal. A development brief will be prepared for your consideration before full submission. Design and Access and Supporting Statements will be prepared when necessary.

  • Building Regulations: Once planning permission is obtained we can prepare necessary drawings and specifications for submission under the Building Regulations of Full Plans.

  • Planning Appeal: We specialise in preparing appeals and can deal with them through Written Representations, Hearings or Public Inquiries. We can also appoint barristers to deal with the legal issues at public inquiries.

  • Listed Building/Conservation Area: We are experienced in the preparation and submission of applications for works affecting listed buildings or Conservation Areas.

  • Enforcement: If you run into problems relating to enforcement notices, prosecutions and injunctions we can advise and represent you accordingly.

  • Lawful Development Certificates: We can prepare and submit applications for Lawful Development Certificates for proposed and existing developments/uses, including Statutory Declarations.

  • Commercial Development: We can advise, prepare and submit proposals for retails, offices, commercial and industrial development, including business parks.

  • Rural Planning: We advise and prepare documents for conversion, the erection of and diversification of agricultural buildings, including accommodation for farm employees and removal of agricultural ties.

  • Leisure Planning: We are experienced in preparation and submission of applications for a wide range of leisure and sporting facilities.

  • Development Plans: We are qualified to make representation on Core Strategy documents and land use allocations as part of the Local Development Framework.
