{erm - eden resource management is a chartered building consultancy providing nationwide management of the construction process.
Established in November 2000, with offices in Taunton and London, our multi-skilled organisation employs a number of construction professionals with years of hands on experience across a variety of disciplines. This enables us to provide a flexible approach, tailor-made to meet the specific requirements and needs of each project, specialising principally in four main areas of operation; Construction Management, Project Management, Development Management & Building Surveying & Design. Our commitment to quality & delivery and our ability to fully integrate and manage every aspect of the process from start to finish increases efficiency and ensures completion of the project on time and within budget.
We provide day to day management of projects for clients who are unable or do not wish to do so themselves due to time, expertise or geographical constraints. The size of our company and the quality of staff employed, allows {erm to be truly committed to building and maintaining strong personal relationships with clients. Every project commissioned has a named Director responsible for each and every stage, providing a single, senior point of contact.
