Dalton Warner Davis is a firm of chartered town planners and surveyors and development consultants.
DWD advise on all aspects of general practice town planning including: planning applications, major projects, planning appeals and public inquiries, site appraisals, feasibility studies, site searches and land assembley, third party representations and Central and Local Government policy review.
The Practice advises clients across the United Kingdom and Ireland on a broad spectrum of land use planning and has particular specialisms in renewables, conventional energy, infrastructure projects and the historic environment. In addition the practice offers rating, valuation, compensation and CPO advice through the general practice surveying department.
Clients include Local Authorities, RSL's, commercial and industrial developers and operators, major energy and utilities companies, retail and leisure operators, residential developers, private home owners, community and education providers, healthcare operators and the aviation industry.
Staff within the practice are members of the RTPI or RICS and have a broad range of experience of all types of development planning projects. They are able to appreciate all factors that affect the development process and consequently the practice is able to provide added value to a project and enhance the chances of success.
The Practice operates the Quality Assurance requirements and is registered under ISO 9001.
