* Provision of advice and undertaking of the preparation of major and/or complex planning applications leading to obtaining successful consent in a timely manner. In particular, the securing of major infrastructure planning consents, including setting up, directing and managing of teams. HPC look to apply significant past experience on the Channel Tunnel, High Speed 1 and other major consents projects to obtain planning consent
Undertaking all planning aspects of sustainable plan making – the preparation of masterplans, Local Development Frameworks (Core Strategies, AAPs and SPDs) and Regeneration Frameworks for all planning geographies – sub regions, local authority areas, specific areas and town centres
Undertaking planning projects/studies for public sector bodies (including Government departments, local authorities, national agencies, RPBs and RDAs, UDCs, URCs, NDCs and groups of public bodies)
Leading and managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects or teams (including bidding and brief preparation) for development projects and studies for public and private sector clients. This includes ‘interim management’ roles.
