An independent development planning consultancy, formed in 1997, that addresses complex urban and development issues, through design and the application of physical, policy and economic planning, for governments and public authorities both in the UK and abroad. We provide strategies and practical solutions to government bodies, owners and developers to achieve optimum development schemes, including planning and legal agreements. We have successfully negotiated with planning authorities and other regulatory bodies.
