SSR Planning is a well established Town Planning Consultancy set in the heart of the East Midlands/Milton Keynes growth area. The Directors and Professional Staff have a wide range of skills and experience in both the public and private sectors. The company deals with all types of planning and development proposals with a clientele ranging from private individuals and landowners through to local authorities, housebuilders and major PLCs. • Planning Applications; preparation and submission, negotiation with local planning authorities.
• Appeals; by written representations, informal hearings and public inquiries.
• Public Local Inquiries; we are able to instruct barristers direct, to present cases at Public Inquires and able to appear as an expert witness.
• Section 106 Agreements; Advice and negotiation on.
• Land Promotion; all aspects from development appraisals and briefs to the setting out of a clear strategy.
• Representations to Regional Planning Guidance and related documents, as first stage of land promotion.
