Dealing with both outline and detailed applications ranging from single dwellings to larger developments on brownfield and greenfield sites. Urban redevelopment, contaminated sites and sites with flood risks have been particularly prominent over the last year.
Agricultural:
Various investigations into the re-use of buildings, farm diversification and other rural activities have occured over the last 12 months.
Commercial:
A wide range of developments within the B1, B2 and B8 range have been investigated recently. Additionally specialist uses, town centre uses and hot food take-away proposals have been progressed.
All other planning and associated development issues have been assessed.
