Planning
A comprehensive range of planning services to individuals, firms and planning authorities is provided. Services include: -
(i) the preparation of Master Plans, large and small scale residential developments, urban area renewal and tourism and conservation strategies;
(ii) advice on the appropriate development and redevelopment of land;
(iii) preparation of planning applications and negotiation with local planning authorities;
(iv) representation at Local Plan Inquiries and Planning Appeals.
The practice has extensive experience in planning for the special needs of islands such as Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man and Ireland.
Urban Design
The practice is concerned with the creation of attractive places in both urban and rural environments. We have extensive experience in the following fields: -
(i) townscape studies;
(ii) preparation of development design briefs and housing layouts varying in scale from town expansion schemes to small infill sites;
(iii) preparation of development control design guides for local planning authorities;
(iv) urban improvement schemes;
(v) listed buildings and consevation area development.
Architecture
A full service is provided in the preparation of design and production drawings for a wide range of building types for housing, industrial, commercial and leisure.
