Submission and negotiation of applications; appeals by written representations, hearing or public inquiry; representations and objections to Local Development Frameworks; advice on UDPs, Structure and Local Plans; advice on all planning matters (including enforcement, Lawful Development Certificates, removal of conditions, etc); and appraisals of development potential.
