The Practice
We are a widely experienced and long established practice offering a comprehensive planning and development consultancy service. We have recently moved our practice to larger offices in Orpington town centre.
Fred Robinson was elected a Member of the Royal Town Planning Insitute in 1976 and became a Fellow in 1985. John Escott was elected a Member of the Royal Town Planning Insitute in 1979.
Our three associate planners are also Members of RTPI. We also offer full architectural services. Mrs Gilmour has worked in architectural practice for many years and provides architectural and design services for the practice.
Main Planning Services
Development appraisals and feasibility studies, applications, appeals, building regs, enforcement. Structure and local plan representations. Advocacy and direct access to Counsel. Particular experience in Green Belt planning problems.
