A small successful practice, established in 1989, and operating in London and the Home Counties. We specialise in residential development and feasibility assessment together with enforcement and lawful use cases, and we act for developers, businesses and private landowners.

Planning applications; appeals by written representation, hearing or public inquiry; advice on site development potential; local plan representations; particular expertise in enforcement and lawful use cases. We work with and co-ordinate other supporting specialists in relation to such matters as surveys, trees, highways, acoustics, historic buildings, architecture, light, law, ecology, protected species.
