Planning
We are a multi-disciplinary practice of Town Planners and Chartered Surveyors who provide a full range of professional planning advice to a number of commercial developers and land owners nationally. We are particularly well placed to provide planning services to the Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and Warwickshire areas as well as the South West, Midlands and North West.
Our principal specialisms relate to rural planning, housing, commercial developments. We undertake site appraisals, application and appeal work, housing land availability and development plan representations.
Renewables
Planning issues will often be complicated and controversial in this area of planning so using our experience in the Telecoms Sector we provide planning advice to farmers and landowners as well as suppliers and installers of wind and solar schemes. We have partnerships with environmental consultants and suppliers so are able to project manage on instruction the entire process.
Telecommunications
We have always provided the full range of professional planning services to all the main operators and contractors. We provide particular expertise in public inquiry and enforcement work. Through considerable experience in the sector we have built in-depth knowledge of its specific needs and maintain up to the minute understanding of the ever-changing telecoms market.
