John Dagg studied at Durham and Liverpool Universities and practised as a town planner with City, County and Borough Authorities before call to the Bar in 1980.Pupillage was in the Chambers of Sir Frank Layfield and Sir Michael Havers. Tenancies in London 1982 to 2005 and in Chelmsford from 1987, Leeds from 2003. Corporate Member of RTPI, Member of Planning and Environment Bar Association, United Kingdom Environmental Law Association and The Environmental Law Foundation. Clients have included London Boroughs,Unitary, County, Borough, District and Parish Councils, The Post Office, A University, Schools, PLCs, small and medium sized enterprises, private individuals and amenity societies.
