Ann Skippers is probably best known for her role as 2010 President of the RTPI.
Ann specialises in neighbourhood planning and supporting community and neighbourhood groups who wish to develop a neighbourhood plan, development order or are interested in community right to build.
Well known as a speaker and writer on planning issues, Ann started her career in local government working in both development control and policy planning. Ann has a varied background from lecturing and training to negotiation and appeal work. Ann also offers bespoke training on all aspects of planning for fellow professionals, communities and elected members. She particularly enjoys trouble shooting and negotiation for a wide variety of clients.
Clive Hollyman BA (Hons) MRTPI MCMI [ E-mail ]
Clive Hollyman is a chartered town planner and management professional. Prior to establishing Charisma in 2003, Clive was Head of Planning at Chelmsford Borough Council moving from a similar post at the London Borough of Barnet. He has also held senior positions with the London Docklands Development Corporation and the London Borough of Haringey. Clive's work for Charisma has included feasibility studies for private clients on a variety of commercial, industrial and residential sites, interim management for local authorities and advice on performance enhancement and procedures, strategic planning and regional planning work.
