Ben has been in planning for over 16 years, covering a wide range of work for both public and private sectors. This includes development control experience, as well as leading on policy development, research projects and call-off advice contracts. Clients have included Government departments, statutory agencies (English Nature, Countryside Agency), local authorities (Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire County Councils, East Riding of Yorkshire) and other national, regional and local organisations. Ben has prepared and managed planning applications and appeals for major and minor development proposals, including appearing at Public Inquiries.
