Paul is both a Chartered Town Planner and Chartered Civil Engineer specialising in the fields of transportation and highways. His experience includes over 32 years of transportation and highway engineering projects in both the UK and overseas. He has the day-to-day responsiblity of the transportation team at PFA Consulting.
The team of specialists at PFA are able to undertake all your transport planning requirements, including Transport Assessments for large scale or more modest developments, initial appraisals, transport modelling and the detailed design of schemes.
Paul has extensive experience of public consultation, planning appeals and appearing as an expert witness at public inquiries.

Peter started the Company in 1985 providing specialist highway and traffic planning advice to clients in the development sector.
He has over 30 years of experience in the planning, design and implementation of infrastructure provision to serve developments including the detailed appraisal of highway and traffic implications, preparation of Transport Assessments and the identification of highway solutions. Peter is also experienced in the undertaking of drainage studies and flood risk assessments.
Peter has extensive experience of public consultation and regularly works with the leading planning barristers on planning appeals.
