Jeremy Woolf has been in private practice since 1982. He has considerable experience as a Consultant to a wide range of mainly commercial clients including most of the main national housebuilding companies. He has over 30 years experience as a Chartered Town Planner, including 16 years with various District and Borough Councils in Hampshire and Surrey, as well as positions with Chapman Warren and Bryan Jezeph Consultancy. His expertise and experience is primarily in development control and enforcement matters, including appearing at inquiries as a professional witness.
Thomas has two and a half years experience in both the residential and environmental planning sectors, including 2 years with Entec UK. His role includes providing planning advice to clients on householder developments, including promoting such schemes through the application and appeal processes. He also supports the Partners and Associates of the practice in advising the house building industry upon potential development opportunities, undertaking site appraisals, the preparation of supporting planning statements, submission of planning applications, preparation of appeal statements and proofs of evidence and submission of representations upon Development Plan documents.
