Has had experience of many functions and classes of development, both extensive and of limited size:
in local authority development control procedures, planning appeals (against refusals of permission etc), and enforcement appeals;
in conservation area designation as well as proposals within conservation areas; problems affecting listed buildings;
ordinary householders' domestic work;
problems arising from exceptional householders' or authorities' special circumstances, objections to various developments or redevelopment;
planning supervision/co-ordination as appropriate to the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations;
various church and ecclesiastical works and refurbishment; disabled persons' facilities for churches.
